Hi,
I am having difficulty getting to the bottom on an interoperability issue with Mitel and CUBE.
Call setups should follow the falling flows..
External Caller >> ITSP >> CUBE >> MiVoice Business TG >> MiVoice Business Users >> Handset >> MiVoice Business Users >> MiVoice Business TG >> CUBE >> ITSP >> External Called Number
TAC have taken my traces and advised there appears to be a failure in terms of current SIP responses from the Mitel MiVoice Business. They see no issues with the CUBE config, or any global configuration etc that might need called.
The Mitel support are currently investigating this. However, they have even prior to the TAC being raised provided to substantive understanding of why it might be failing (to date..).
The issue is that on a blind transfer the two external call legs are not joined and both external calls are disconnected.
In contrast supervised transfer appears to work fine, that is, whereby the external outbound is answered and then the internal caller doing the transfer disconnects.
OS is IOS XE Version 16.05.01b.
Has anyone experienced anything similar, or have any pointers?
