Mobile Connect issue - DTMF heard when answering from remote device (cell)

I have an issue with my CUCM 8.5.1.12900 - whenever someone calls me and Mobile Connect is activated, and I answer the call on my cellular phone, a DTMF "0" can be heard at the very beginning of the call.  This isn't much of a deal breaker but is very annoying.  Any suggestions for troubleshooting this?

Outside lines are MGCP PRI if that makes any difference.
