Hi Vitor,
The Mobility softkey button is still available on the IP Phone, when you have already answered the call on your desk phone and would like to transfer it to your cell phone (say you are leaving the office etc) , then you can press this softkey and transfer the call to your cell phone. Again this call will be on hold on your desk phone so if you want to pick up on desk phone back, you will need to hang up on your cell phone and pick up the call on desk phone. This mobility softkey will need to be configured on the IP phone in order for this to be available.
This is all documented in callmanager feature guide (unified mobility).

Hi,
When you have answered the call on your cell phone , the call is on hold on your desk phone and it does not act as a conference call. So if you want to pick up the call back on your desk phone , you will need to hang up on your cell phone and then you will be able to pick up the call on your desk phone ( before the desk phone pick up timer expires, you can increase or decrese this timer on the line).
Thanks,
Lakshmi

Hi Lakshmi,
Is that the only way to switch call? My manager said it should has a soft button you can press on phone ( I guess it could be work on CME not CCM) and don't need to disconnect to call on mobile phone. Do you know any official document is relate to this?
thanks
