Hi everyone,
I'm trying to set up a sip connection between ITSP and my company. When I got incoming calls from PSTN to my online number this is showing a alphanumeric called number instead numeric as below:

Question is, how I will route this call once the called number is alphanumeric?
Anyone else already fixed that?
Thank you and I really appreciate any help

I believe you can do URI based routing on your dial peers. Make sure you define the URI.

How I can do that?

You need to ask you ITSP to send a called number.
