Modify Feature Control Policy (Reorder Features)

Hello

I configured a Feature Policy for our 8961 IP Phones. That works fine but I like to reorder

the teatures.

We have to use the "More" button to reach the "PickUp" Function and we like to have this

function at the first level, I mean, without chosing the "More" Button first.

Is there a way to reorder those Features?

I know that the 8961 IP Phones doesn't use Softkey Templates so I have to use

the Feature Policy...

What is your CUCM version? In newer versions all phones now support soft key templates that you can apply.

Sorry, I forgot to mention the version...

We use CUCM 8.6.2 SU2...

I believe you need version 9.1 for the softkeys, with previous versions there was no way to re-arrange the appearance.
