I would like to know if is possible make disable the MOH when you put in conference or during transfer process, this only for a couple of phones only. I already set a silence MOH for a couple of phones, when they put in HOLD this is working but not on the process of a conferences or transfer. This a CCM 4.2.
Most likely you just changed the user MOH, the network MOH is the one that plays when you press conference or transfer.
