MOH dont play trough

Hi voice team,

I´m using CUCM 8.6 and a h.323 router (2811), and music on hold not play when it receives or makes a call through pstn, only internal calls works.

Hi Thiago,

what device pool is assigned to the H.323 gateway? And what MRGL/MRG is associated to that Device Pool?

Can you check if that MRG has one or more MOH Servers associated?

Do you have multiple MoH configurations in your cluster?

Hi Frank, the device pool is the same that is associate with the phones,  MRGL/MRG its already associated to Device Pool and MRG has one MOH Server associated.

Yes, everthing is alrigth, but when i check the MTP required on H.323 gw the option hold on phone dont work.

Hi Frank, its a codec issue, o fixed the G711 on router using the command "voice-class codec 1" and i apply on dial-peer voip that the extension belongs and its works.
