Hi,
Is it possible to setup music on hold for an incoming calls through PSTN if the ip phone user is busy?
Customers calls our branch through analog lines. Auto attendant is played from an ISM and forwarded to an extn registered in CUCM. If the Ip phone user is busy we need to notify the pstn user as "all customer service representative lines busy serving another customers please hold the line and your call will be attended shortly"
How it is configured to achieve this condition or is there any recommendation to notify the pstn user that the user is busy...

If you have cucm 9.1 or later then you can explore the feature 'native call queuing'.

We do have CUCM 9.1.1. How to configure this feature?
