MOH in Hunt Pilot play the SampleAudioFile 2 seconds first before play the other moh file

Hi,

I have uploaded a second moh file title grandmoh. Both the default sampleaudiofile and grandmoh are running in multicast. When ipphone call to iphone and put on moh the grandmoh is working fine.

However when i call the hunt pilot, the hunt pilot will always play the 2 seconds sampleaudiofile music before play the grandmoh music. I try to create another hunt pilot with grandmoh but i still face the same problem. Is there anything i need to do at the hunt pilot?

My first guess would be that there is some kind of transfer leading to the call going to the queuing hunt pilot.  In that case there may be some other audio source set on a CTI port that is being played during the transfer.  One thing you could try as well if it won't cause other problems is set the Cisco CallManager service parameter for "Default Network Hold MOH Audio Source ID" and "Default User Hold MOH Audio Source ID".  If something in the call flow does not have a configurable audio source ID it will use the default service parameter value.
