MOH Issue

HI all,

I am facing issue in moh..!!

we have two sites site 1 and site 2

1:with in site 1 moh is working fine

2:with in site 2 moh is working fine

3:when caller put on hold in site 2, then we (site 1) can hear it.

4:when caller put on hold in site 1, then we (site 2) cannot hear it.=====> ISSUE

we are using CUBE to connect these two sites.

help..!!

What system? CUCM, CME?

Why do you have CUBE between sites?

Are you using unicast or multicast MOH?

Its in CUCM and its two cluster not site.

we are Multicast MOH..

May I ask why you have CUBE between 2 clusters?

is there proper MRGL assigned to either the Device Pool or SIP trunk on cluster 2?

Since you stated you are using multicast, are you using different multicast addresses on each cluster?

this is setup

CUCM 1-->SIP T-->CUBE-->SP-->CUBE-->SIP T-->CUCM 2

whenever the person from cucm 1 put on hold and the person from other end not able hear music getting silence.

insite cucm 1 moh is working fine..

i have enable multicast moh in cucm and i have configure multicast moh in cube

but still it is not working..!!
