MoH on CME - how to remove the Quotation

hi all

do any one have idea , how to remove the Quotation from  moh "flash0:/music-on-hold.au".  actually I am practicing on router 2911 without voice card ,  and the router is working nice and I configured also the ip phones 7941, 7942, 6921 .  but I couldn't solve the issue of the MOH.

the ios on the router are c2900-universalk9-mz.SPA.152-4.M3.bin. I can arrange to get VIC2 4FOX , but could this solve the issue of moh.

thing I notice, the music on hold working know but still the quote there and even I put command for multicas-moh in both ephone but not show but the music working.

create cnf

Enable Multicast only when you have multicast configured in your network.

I try to apply call-manager-fallback but it ask me to remove tele-serv

and when I remove the tele-serv not work .

I am erasing the configuration again and start from 0 and feedback to you

Do you have multicast in your environment? if not remove below command

 multicast moh 239.1.1.1 port 16384 route 192.168.200.254

Can you provide below outputs

- show tech voice

- show flash

What's user experience when put on hold?

Does hold works between phones?

the hold working but normal beep , not music ,
