MoH while call is parked.

Is it possible to configure that a parked call does not have MoH if the Mute State is ON when the call is parked?  Would this be a firmware change for the phone.  Generally, a muted call is likely to be a external conference call, and injecting MoH is not preferred.

Hi Kip, I am assuming that you are trying to disable the MOH when you put the call on hold and the mute state is ON. There is no way to select if you the CUCM is going to play MOH or not per call basis.  I hope this help clarify. Thanks, Marcos
