Monitoring CCM

Hi,

Currently we use Whatsup Pro to monitor our network. Can you make WMI call to CCM and Unity? If so what kid of information can you get and how?

Also what type of applications do you use to monitor your CCM.

Hi Raj,

Cheapest option is RTMT which is included in CCM. Can install the client from the plug ins page. It lets you set thresholds on counters, and send out email alerts if they are breached. Seems to do most of the stuff to keep your system running. Doesnt help you with management sort of reports and stuff though.

There are a couple of cisco options also.

I have installed RTMT but it does hold history and only good for real time stuff.

I will check out prognosis. I also checked and looked into Nimsoft
