We are looking to monitor pstn trunk utilization from the Cisco Call manager 5.1.Can someone please recommed a MIB that specifically gives us this information.

not sure about the MIB.
you can use RTMT to monitor active calls, completed calls and so forth on any gateway from RTMT, you can also set up a preformance instance to write the data to CSV file

You can use the Real Time Monitoring Tool. Since this is a MGCP gateway all of that information will be available through CDRs and other CUCM-based monitoring.
