Does anyone know of a product that can graph PRI usage such as Active Calls or dropped calls... either from a Router or from Call Manager (7.2)? I have CactiEZ running but can't seem to find any templates except an old one for CUCM 4 (windows). Any help would be appreciated!
Do you need historical information or real time? If you're looking for real time information, have you looked at what's available to you via the RTMT tool?
Yes, the RTMT is very helpful for live usage but historical is what i'm aiming for. Also i'd like to break it down by PRI and not just by CUC, cluster. To my knowledge the RTMT only monitors the cluster's calls by total and doesn't break them down.
I think you will need something like Operations Manager. In fact, Operations Manager in combination with Service Statistics Manager would probably be exactly what you need. It just depends on how much you're willing to spend.
