Monitoring SIP Call daily or monthly using SBC gateway

Hi Guys,

We have the solution IP Telephony based on SIP calls. We hire 300 simultaneous calls by carrer and would like if possible to monitoring use daily or montly. The ideia is verify if 300 channels is inough or not. Is possible to monitoring by gateway?
