MOS for calls traversing MRA missing

Scenario:

Caller A - 8800 series IP Phone connected via MRA -

Caller B - 8800 Series IP Phone registered to CUCM Cluster A

Caller C - 8800 Series IP Phone registered to CUCM Cluster B

Caller D - External PSTN caller via SIP > CUCM

Cluster A & B connected via ICT

CUCM - 11.5 SU3

Expressway - 8.9

All callers connected via a conference call on Caller B's extension.

There are no issues with the call - but the customer runs a report from a 3rd Party management platform and receives inconsistent scoring data & MOS is reported for only one call.

CDR / CMR reports that no packet information was delivered once the call completes so no MOS can be compiled.

Is this expected behavior?  Are there scenarios where MOS is available for some MRA calls but not others?  Is there a CUCM / Expressway change that can allow call quality metrics of this sort?

Thanks in advance.

just keeping this alive

opened a TAC case to discuss - i'll post results

TAC Response:
*******
RESOLUTION SUMMARY

Confirmed that the Expressway will not send call statistical data to the CUCM which is leading to the CDR's being populated with NULL values. You can setup a syslog server and force the media statistics to be sent to a system via the logging page, but in regards to sending this data straight to CUCM it is not currently possible at the moment.

Issue was reviewed with the BU as well - The combination of encryption between ExpE >> Endpoint and ExpE >> C makes it difficult to capture call statistics as well
