We are currently running CUCM 7.0(2) and are looking at offloading our CDR records to a reporting server and building our own reports. Does anyone have any links or documents about how to go about this?
I have tried searching for this and found old discussions with links that do not work anymore.

Thank you. But I was wondering more of what options there are for retreiving call data from the server. We need to create an import process that takes the data and imports it into a new sql server database.

I believe you will not be able to have direct access to the informix database in CUCM. Your best bet will be to set up the sftp exports from CUCM to your external database.
