Assuming the platform details (eg hostname, IP address/mask/gateway, DNS, NTP, etc) aren’t changing it should be as easy as shutting the VM down and then  export/Import it across hosts. Downtime will depend how your environment is configured (eg whether each product and all of it’s dependencies are properly configured in a clustered/redundant fashion).

https://www.cisco.com/c/dam/en/us/td/docs/voice_ip_comm/uc_system/virtualization/virtualization-software-requirements.html#vmware_features

CUCM/Unity/PLM are version 10.5.2.12901-1 (in clusters # 7 server)
VCS is version X8.7 ( one VCS e and VCS c # 2 )
Conductor is version XC4.1
TMS version is 4.2(4.23).
Vista Point is version 4.4.68.0
EOL on the C220 boxes is 12/31/17.All
UCS ESXi 5.1.0 1065491 All but below UCS C220 ESXi 5.5.0 2068190
Everything was built from the Cisco ova file .

Option 1 : same IP ,all servers move to BE7M X2 from UCS 240 & C 220 .one in DC other one in DR

Option 2 : move all UC server to BE7 M and change IP of all server with DC IP segment.

Option 3 : move UCS 240 /220 box to DC without IP change
Option 4 :move UCS box to DC and change the IP

You want to start by saying exactly what products you want to move, and not just VMs.

Also, if you have clusters, or not.

Jamie, how are you/. I have same issue I need to move a CUCM Pub, Unity Primary and CER from be7k to a b200 and wonder if there is a guide or anything that will help.

Options are (review compatibility per product in virtualization wiki):

DRS

vMotion

Migrate via shared storage

cold migration, whether it's vMotion, download the files from GUI to a middle man, or directly moving files between servers (via CLI with SCP)

copy/clone VM, and then move with any of above options

We only have documentation for DRS, all other options are VMWare options/features and you'd need to refer to their documentation.

EDIT: product specific:

CUCM, a PCD migration to the same release ONLY if you're using 10.x release. For other releases you forcefully need a higher SU/ES.

CUC, use COBRAS
