1.why mtp is required for outgoing call in fast start?

2.why mtp is not required for incoming call in fast start?

3.if we use cucm mtp where media stream is terminated?

4.if we use router mtp where media stream is terminated?

1. To build the fs element(s) as part of H.225 SETUP.
2. CUCM receives the caps/fs elements from the remote H.323 terminal. All it needs to do is use those post region pair filtering and build up the fs elements which are sent as part of either H.225 CP, Alerting or Connect.
3. Media Flows through CUCM.
4. Media Flows through gateway.
