Multi line support MRA

Hello! We have implemented the use of MRA/Expressway in our org & have several 8865 series phones deployed with our users, these users have more than 1 line/number tied to their phone. The main 'user' line rings & allows for calls just fine but a secondary line on the phone does not ring nor can you make any outbound calls, when you dial a number it simply just sits at the number entry screen. Not to sure where to look first but any help would be greatly appreciated!

TYIA!

Do you meet the minimum requirements regarding product versions for multiline?

If so, have you enabled path headers?

Is "SIP Path Headers"  enabled on Expressway-C under Configuration --> Unified Communications --> Advanced

Thanks Chris!  This fixed our problem, main number worked, others failed inbound/outbound but were configured correctly in CUCM.  Have 8841 phones with MRA 8.11.

Thank you this resolved the issue for me as well. The location was slightly different so I've attached a screen shot for others.
