Multi tenant CUCM 12.x - Hardware requirements

Hello Experts,

I could like to create a multi tenant environment on 3rd party servers. I would like to know if TAC support below configuration.

HP server 1 (Geo location Area 1)

1. 3x CUCM Publisher (each cluster hosting 1000 users)

2. 3x Unity Publisher

3. 3x IM&P Publisher

IBM Server 1: (Geo location Area 2)

1. 3x CUCM Subscriber (each cluster hosting 1000 users)

2. 3x Unity Subscriber

3. 3x IM&Pre Subscriber

Q1. Will TAC support CUCM, Unity and IM?

Q2. Will TAC support ESXi and VM related issues?

Q3. What server hardware do i need to support CUCM 12.x
