Multicast MOH and UCCX / CTI Ports

I was just informed that Cisco does not support Multicast MOH and CTI. Has anyone else ran into this? I'm having weird stuff happen in our call center where MOH bleeds into calls ... this didn't happen until we implemented UCCX. Also, I can't get Multicast and Unicast audio sources to work on the same MOH server ...

I've had no problems running mcast MOH.

Also had no problems mixing mcast/ucast - basically you need to enable mcast on the servers/sources, and then create two MRG/MRGL setups (one mcast enabled, one not, but containing the same resources). Assign whichever to whichever.

What exactly do you mean when you say 'mcast MOH and CTI'?

Also make sure your network is multicast enabled for multicast to work.
