Multicast Moh from CUBE to PSTN Sip provider

Hi Guys,

I am trying to get multicast moh to work to SIP ITSP via CUBE

IP Phone -> CUCM (1.1.1.1) -> (2.2.2.2)CUBE(3.3.3.3) -> (4.4.4.4) ITPS

CUBE is acting as multicast source and playing 711 stream to 239.1.1.1 16384. CUCM MRG/MOH is setup to refer to that stream. We use this setup all across other branches ( with ISDN ) works fine.

One thing I have noticed is that unicast MoH works just fine.

Debug is attached where I call from 0380001234 to 0404112233

debug is issued after RTP stream is established, so effectively debug starts after I press Hold button on the IP Phone. At the end of debug I can only hear dead air on the other end ( have noticed that a=inactive in SDP ). Debug is ran from CUBE

Any help is greatly appreciated while I am digging into RFCs and how it all fits together.

trying to troubleshoot similar issue .. in my case I hear Call Manager MOH and not the multicast Live Music .. 

Again .. it works fine on PRIs.

Did you find the solution for this .

How are your MOH Servers, MRG and Multicast MoH on the router configured?
