Multicast MoH via BRI Trunk Group

Need some advice, I'm looking at an SRST site where PSTN callers are getting on hold tone and not the configured multicast MoH source. The only decernable difference between this site and all other sites is this uses BRI ports in trunk group. I haven't found anything explicit to say this is or isn't supported, but would appreciate some assistance.

Hi,

This seems like the Voice gateway local to the BRI trunk is not configure to the correct MRGl/MRG to find the correct MOH source.

Check its Device pool etc and ensure it has access to the remote MOH source.

Finally spotted the issue, the H323 codec class was using g711alaw and not g711ulaw.
