I set up a 8865NR phone including 3 extension units. I defined 66 lines that are defined as a hotline.
In order for the hotline to work on the extension unit it is necessary to change the phone to enhanced line mode but I'm having a problem. The first 60 hotlines work properly.
in Cisco docs i found that up to 108 additional lines are supported .
with the tests that i took i could see that it is not a matter of a button location.
it seems that more then the 60 configured doesn't work.
for example: lines 61-66 supply dial-tone but do not work as a hotline.
