Multiple incoming calls central Number

Hello,

 

We have a Cisco 2911 CME Router and there is 2 voice card installed each card have 4 FXO lines. 011xxxxxx is our Main incoming Telephone Number which is connected FXO and configured as Central ( Auto call attend)

 

ISM-SRE-300-K9 card Installed and Configured Dial Peer for Auto Attendant .

 

Now we have an issue which is , we would not able to receive multiple incoming calls into the same number. 

 

Example , if someone calling to our PSTN number , Auto call attended answer, transfer to designated dial peer . then call will reach destination or entered Extension.

 

However the same moment anyone call again the same Number its not connecting Auto attendant .( Busy Tone)

 

Is there any way receive multiple incoming calls on the same phone number

 

Please Guide me

What is the max sessions configured in your CUE. Here is an example of 4
