Multiple PRI on H323 gateway with UCM 8.5

We are experiencing an odd / intermittant issue on our PRI's.  The issue occur on the inbound.  We have 2xPRI on an H323 3845 and a third on a H323 2821.  Outbound calls work fine and all are members of a trunk group.

From an inbound perspective we have 3 inbound dial-peers pointing to 3 separate UCM's. Dial-peers are using explicet preference for selection corresponding to the UCM group the gateway is part of. The Telco is DMS100 and the PRI's are in a super group alternating each inbound call to a separate PRI.  Each PRI using the longest idle for channel selection.  During busy call hour in the morning (and sometimes not) the gateway is spewing an unallocated number error and terminating the call.

We have yet to 'catch' the times / debug during the actual event.  But with over 2000 users potentially effected we do not get the report till after the issues have subsided.  Any one have any thoughts / suggestions where they have experienced the same sort of issues?

Thanks in advance.

Would need to see what is going on with the gateway when the issue is occuring.  Best bet would to get the following debugs:

debug isdn q931

debug voip ccapi inout

debug h225 asn1

debug h245 asn1

This way we can at least see where the disconnect is occuring.

Piping everything down to a syslog would allow you to capture it.

Sorry, don't get this part "From an inbound perspective we have 3 inbound dial-peers pointing to 3 separate UCM's" for gateway it is outbound dial-peer, do I understand it correctly? Your setup is

              / (2xE1-3845/H.323) \

(PSTN)<                                     > (CUCM)

              \ (E1 2821 / H323)   /

as mentioned above, try debug isdn q931 to see who is sending disconnect. Check also if there are no maximum connection configured on the pots inbound dial-peers.
