Music on Hold track - MoH options available on Cisco Call Manager

Dear all,

Can someone please tell me whether its legal to use for MoH - Music on Hold, a music track purchased online via an iTunes store of e.g. Norah Jones.

Or, to have a latest/recently released music track as Music on hold, are special licenses needed?

I need a 100% confirmed answer on the above and any published legal notice or documentation highlighting this would be extremely helpful

I am not a layer but I am pretty sure this is against the copyright law as this would be considered re-broadcasting of it and you would require permission from the recording studio.
