MWI light is not turning On

people i have a problem when caller leaves a messgae MWI light is not turning on..in exchange log it shows there is no call leg exist..

kidnly solve my problem...

Hi, have you enabled unsolicted notify on your sip trunk security profile?

In order to be able to implement MWI – Message Waiting Indicator Feature

Go to “System ••à Security Profile ••à Sip Trunk Security Profile” and click on the Profile assigned to your Sip Trunk. Check “Accept Unsolicited Notification” and click Save
