Hi,

It looks like you have correct config.Have you tried removing and readding the MWI config.

Can you paste CUE config, also you can do a debug ccsip messages along with trace ccn stacksip dbug to see what messages are going back and forth when voicemail is left.

Hi

Copy configuration of the cue:

You see a mistake ??

Within hours sending the debug

CUEGNP# sh run

Thanks , i will check the traces, two things you can try as per other threads.

first try defining max sessions other then 0.

ccn trigger http urlname mwiapp
application "ciscomwiapplication"
enabled
maxsessions 0>>>>>>>>>>>>
end trigger

Second - try to keep it simple in SIP UA config

ephone-dn need for MWI numbers ??

I do not find a solution to these error messages in the community... =(

Have you check config for extension 816 , is MWI enabled on Voice register -DN.

CME config exmaple you provided earlier has a different DN also the traces doesn't have any sip -notify messages.Just try to readd this and test.thanks

This is mandatory ??

ephone-dn 44

mwi on
!
!
ephone-dn 45
number 8001...
mwi off

I have not configured it to be SIP phones

I need some configuration ??

which is my mistake ??

Regards

You don't need separate number for MWI on or off as you are using unsolicited .

In voice register pool set the dtmf-relay sip-notify and then do create profile and see if that works.I am not sure if there is any bug related to 78xx phones as i couldn't find any .I will look through the traces to see if i can find anything.thanks
