MWI not working on all handsets

Hi all,

I'm currently experiencing an issue with Message Waiting Indicator on one of my environments and hoping someone can review my configuration

Apparently it used to work on my environment but it's no longer working for any handsets.

When a voicemail is left, the handset does not light up red and the message icon is not flashing next to the users primary extension dn.

Some IP networking has been omitted.

I would be tempted to try giving the UC520 a reboot.

Hi Philip

I've tried to reboot the UC520 as a first resort - no luck.

Any other pointers would be appreciated.
