Hi Guys,
We have CUE running 7.0. Some of the phones have MWI on on their phones but there are no messages in their mailbox. I have checked via cli on CUE and can confirm there was no new messages for the phones which have MWI on.
I have dialed the mwi off number on the phone but that did not resolved the issue. We have also tried to delete and create mailboxes but still no success.
could someone please let me know what else can I do to troubleshoot this issue.

I am assuming it was working before and has stopped working. If you haven't tried yet from the CUE cli refresh the mwi status: mwi refresh all
This should refresh the mwi status.
If its a new setup review your configs and make sure you have proper dial-peers etc. pointed and mwi config is correct.

Edit: Didn't notice you have deleted/recreated the mailbox in that case refresh is not required you need to check your configs

Thanks for the reply. Yes it is not a new installation. We have around 120 phones and only 5 or 6 phones are having issues with MWI light being on.
Tried mwi refresh all on CUE but the issue still remians.
Any other suggestions which I can try.

Try to upgrade firmware on one of the problematic phone..

If you are using extension mobility phone please log out and log in and try.
please delete profile and recreate once.
if it is static phone, please delete enter phone and create.
