I've noticed that the MWI light on the second line\button on our 7941\42's doesnt light up like the primary line\button does.
Is this normal behavior and can it be changed so that the button does light up when a voicemail is left on the line that the secondary button is configured for?
This change will be done in Communications Manager, look at this setting on the individual second lines or for the whole cluster;
Visual Message Waiting Indicator Policy > Light and Prompt (change from use system policy)
Clusterwide Parameters (Feature - General)
Message Waiting lamp Policy
the default is > Primary Line Light and Prompt
change to Light and Prompt > this will then activate the MWI for secondary lines
