My Cisco CP-7821 freeze without any sign of failure!!

I noticed that date on the display was 2 weeks behind! picked up the phone and I had no dial tone!!

I reboot the phone and everything started to work again. My 5 clients using this model of the phone confirmed they had experience similar issues. Any suggestions?

Software version: sip78xx. 11-0-0MPP-7

Any input is greatly appreciated.
