My Cisco IP Phone 7821 drops the outbound call after 10 minutes.

Hi,

 

My new IP phone drops the outbound call after 10 minutes but the IP Phone still shows that the call is ongoing when the receiver device was already disconnected.

My software is sip78xx.11-1-1MSR2-1.loads.

Thank you.

Can you please upgrade to 11.3.1 and see if that makes any difference?
