Need Help for SIP trunking

Hi, I have a 4321 ISR Router,
Cisco IOS XE Software, Version 16.11.01a,
CME 12.6
I want to connect my via a SIP trunk to my ITSP
I can not, I have this message that appears when I configure the SIP trunk/

#credentials username TEST password 0 TEST2019 realm eylim.local
Failed type 6 encryption on password

1) For 16.11.1 a master key must be pre-configured before configuring type 6 passwords.

2) The master key is not displayed in configuration.

to configure master key using below command

conf t

    key config-key password-encrypt <MASTER PASSWORD>

     password encryptoin <ENCYRPTION TYPE>

If the master key is not pre-configured you get the error  "Failed type 6 encryption on password" Also, type 6 password supports only ENCRYPTED Format and not clear text. So use type 0 while configuring it will be saved as type 6.
