Need help installing configuring a temporary announcement

We're running UCM 8 and need to setup a temporary announcement for two 800 numbers that land on our system.  I need to have an announcement that says something like "The number you dialed has changed to xxx-xxx-xxxx"  and then end the call.  After 90 days or so, we'll remove the announcement.  Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

You cannot do that in CUCM, you can route the call through voicemail system such as Unity Connection and route it to a call handler with the announcement and then route back to CUCM to the new DN.
