Hi everyone,
I'd like to understand more about how to interpret CDR data (CUCM 10.5 and I already have CDR working). Can someone point me to a video, document, or blog where I can learn more about what's going on with calls on my cluster? Straight-forward calls are pretty self-explanatory, it's when calls get forwarded or transferred that it gets messy and I'm having trouble understanding which calls were forwarded because "no answer" or "busy" or for some other reason.
Thanks in advance!
Lisa

Hi,
You can use the below guide for explanation of CDR of different scenarios like transfer, conference etc..
http://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/voice_ip_comm/cucmbe/service/6_0_1/car/cocarbk/carcdrdef.html#wp1052064
It explains pretty well on what to expect for such calls.
Also, you can always refer to for cucm 10.x
