Need help on out bound call is not going

Dear Seniors. I have problem with out bound call is not going suddently.

what are the things to check?

How to trouble shoot?

where to start the trouble shooting

what are the steps

The bandwidth is ok, css is ok, what else to check.

pls give me all the possibel cause and how to trouble shoot, it will be useful for many supporting poeple.

Hi Esa,

which type of calls, internal, PSTN calls?

Check first if call is block in CCM or in GW or by Telco.

In CCM detailed CCM traces

In GW

debug isdn 931

debug voice ccapi

debug vpm signal

Which CCM version and type of GW you are using

(SIP, MGCP or H.323)?

Hi Thank you for your reply. All the call internal aswell as external calls are not going.

ccm4, i did not check whether it is MGCP OR H323 but i want to know if it is MGCP what we have to check or if it is H323 what to check, where to check.

we have to run debug while making calls?

regd trace what info we need to see in the trace.
