Need help to create uccx script

Hi Guys,

I need a help in creation of UCCX script for call transfer from one DN to another if there is no answer. The request is briefed below:

Calling the Main number (CTI RP) --> Reach 2 different DN's (A & B) at same time for 4 rings --- if no answer--> go to DN (C) for 3 rings -- no answer---> go to DN (D) for 3 rings ---no answer--> go to VM of DN (A).

Is it possible to do this call flow in UCCX or any other. Please help

Raj,

You don't need UCCX for this call flow. Setup a hunt group and forward busy/no answer to VM. Set an alternate extension of the hunt pilot number on DN A's voicemail box.
