Thanks for the reply.
After following the steps, the SIP firmware and SEP[MAC_ADDRESS].cnf.xml uploaded on cisco 8941, but the phone is still not registered with Asterisk.

Try and use SIP version 9.0(4) for the phones.

Scroll up, I've posted TWO files (one for 9971 & the other for 8961) and use either one as your config. Your current configuration is NOT using "USECALLMANAGER" so this alone will not work.

I had all in place and take file the forum leave usecallmanager only a few change is needed. But tthe big problem is than the video call does not work.
I made the change in the sip.conf
[general]
videosupport=yes
and allow the h263 & h264 for the 2 devices.
Still does not work but the basically is OK

are you able to register 8941 to asterisk if yes! please let me know which firmware you user and please share sample. mac.cnf.xml file

9.0(4) release is not available on cisco download site. The oldest available release is 9.2(1)
Following are the available releases, please suggest which one to try.
9.4(1)SR1, 9.4(1), 9.3(4), 9.3(2)SR1, 9.3(2), 9.3(1), 9.2(3), 9.2(2), 9.2(1)

I am able to register the phone to Asterisk server.
