Need password to run CCMPWDChanger tool

I'm not sure what the password is to use this program, how do I recover it?

This tool uses the password of the 'Directory Manager' or the 'Administrator' password.

If you are not sure what is the 'directory manager' pwd or the administrator pwd does not work then open the registry editor and  go to:

- C:\dcdsrvr\DirectoryConfiguration.ini
- HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Cisco Systems, Inc.\Directory Configuration\

then make sure that the 'useSSL' value is false.

change MGRPW and DCMGRPW registry to:

0C0A000A2C101C1A1003

the above encrypted string is 'ciscocisco'

This must be done on all servers.

Please notice that if you are using AD then you need to change the passwords on AD.
