NEED TO APPLY 8000 TRANSLATION RULES. HOW?

I have a customer that wants a design for translating 8000 DDIs to extensions. There is no way of use pattern (DDIs has nothing to do with extensions).

The questions are:

- Is it possible to make 8000 translations in an IOS gateway? There is any limit for num-exp (I have read that could be 250) or voice translation rules (I  have read that there is only 15 rules per translation)

- Is it possible to make them in Cisco Unified Communications Manager?  Which is the maximum?

If you say 8000 translations, is there no way you can summarize them?

so for instance your DID range is 0312345000-0312346000   and you use 4 digit extension then you can translate this range in one go, in stead of individual translations.
