Need to know reason. why the call is discounting after 4 rings error

Hi. 

 

calling number is 043162467 called to 2041111 > translation pattern converting to > 1511000

 

please let me know if can one could help for solving the issue.

Hi

Does it disconnect after ringing four times on a phone? if so, it's probably trying to follow a 'forward on no answer' setting that routes to something that either:

- is not in the configured CSS

- generates another error, e.g. codec mismatch

Yes its a CTI point for a 3rd party called Arc solution

but in the arc server logs there is no calls hitting 

we want find out the reason code for the same

i have also attached CTI traces along with this mail.

Is it one specific CTI RP not working?

I.e. do you have other calls routing through ARC successfully?

You can say that with the primary server CTI RP thing are not working 

but with the backup server thing are working fine both are having different RP

 

 

but in the Primary server has well from Wireshark i can see calls hitting to the server

but on the ARC application we can't see call hitting.

I would verify your logging settings in Arc on the primary server. For the calls to hit the server (as seen in wireshark) the CTI ports/RPs must be registered. They should appear in the logs...

yes you are right but its not showing in the arc logs.

we have find out the way out on this ?.

I would check your logging settings, if I recall correctly on the ARC server you should go into the CT Server application. The trace/log settings are in the drop down menus - verify all the same options are checked as on the secondary server.
