rom a Cisco Phone 8800 Series,  select Settings / Admin Settings / Status / Network Statistics /

Showing all the Phones Statistics / What is the Clear button doing ??

it should be resetting the stats back to "0".  If it's not doing then it's probably cosmetic or you could open a tac case if you really wanted to.
