We have 100+ cases of brand new CISCO 7841 phones and so far two phones in a row the clips on the stand that plugs / clips into the back of the phone break off. The actually locking clips (the things that hold the stand) have broken off.
Who else is had this problem? We can't be the only ones experiencing this clip failure.
