New Cisco 8811 IP Sets not negotiating 1 Gig

New cisco Devices some of them not Negotiating 1 Gig new cat 6 Infrastructure new Cisco 9200 48nport Switches

What firmware is the switch on?

 They are 9200 48 Port POE Just installed 2 months ago I will get with the Network Engineer and find out that information and post

Upgrade the switch firmware to 17.12.4.  

I would avoid 17.9.X at all cost.
