I am trying to add a user to the voice mail server and get the following error message.
Lookup of default Mailbox Home Server Failed
This may indicate that the default mail store value in Unity is not configured correctly.If changes were made to the Exchange server, the Unity Message Store Configuration Wizard may need to be re-run.
Please see your Cisco Unity system administrator for more details.
I have done the following step to resolve this issue but with no Luck
This error appears if you have a newer Engineering Special installed that patches some of the files.
In order to resolve this issue go to the Control Panel and run the Message Store Configuration Wizard on the primary server. Then set the Exchange server as partner again.
