We have Cisco unity 11.5.
For some odd reason, new voicemail boxes get invalid pin message when accessing voicemail. I have setup several new phones and mailboxes for new staff the way I always have and now they are all getting the same message. I even had one new staff member try enough times that her voicemail is locked. When I log into Unity and unlock the account it does not work. It's as if all the changes being made in Unity are and being conveyed to the phones.
I have deleted the voicemail box, and re-created it. I have also tried resetting the voicemail password. Invalid Entry.
Any help is greatly appreciated.
